1. General provisions

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the dream2share platform (the "Service"). The Service is operated by RB Media FZC LLC, registered in the Ajman Media City free zone, UAE (License No. 4374, registered address: BLB-S5-378, Fifth Floor, AMC BOULEVARD-B BUILDING, AJMAN MEDIA CITY, Ajman, UAE) — referred to below as the "Company", "we".

By registering for or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

The Service lets you publish personal goals and dreams (text, category, tags, and optionally photos or videos), receive reactions, comments, and advice from other users, post progress updates, and mark a goal as fulfilled.

We may develop, change, limit, or discontinue individual features of the Service at any time, including without prior notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Registration and account

Publishing content, reactions, comments, and advice requires registering with an email address, password, and display name. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at noc@rbmedia.io.

4. Age requirement

The Service is intended for users aged 16 and older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If we become aware that an account was created by someone under 16, we reserve the right to suspend it.

5. Acceptable use and prohibited content

By using the Service, you agree not to publish or distribute content that:

• violates applicable law in the UAE or your country of residence;
• contains threats, harassment, abuse, or hate speech directed at individuals or groups;
• is spam, misleading, or contains malicious software;
• infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties;
• contains sexual content involving minors or other unlawful material;
• impersonates another person or organization in a misleading way.

We may remove content that violates these rules and suspend or terminate account access without prior notice where necessary to protect the Service, other users, or to comply with the law.

6. Anonymous posting

The Service lets you publish a dream anonymously, under a generated alias instead of your profile. Anonymity applies only toward other users: the link between the dream and your account is retained in our systems and may be used by moderators when reviewing reports or to comply with legal requirements.

7. Moderation and reports

Any user can report content or another user they believe violates these Terms. Uploaded photos and videos are reviewed by a moderator before appearing in the public feed.

Decisions on reports are made by the Service's moderators at their discretion, based on these Terms and principles of good faith.

8. Rights to content

You retain copyright in the text, photos, and videos you publish on the Service. By publishing content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, distribute, and process that content to the extent necessary to operate the Service (for example, showing it in the feed, caching, or generating image thumbnails).

You represent that you hold all rights necessary to publish your content and that doing so does not infringe the rights of any third party.

9. Service intellectual property

The "dream2share" name, logo, interface design, and underlying software are the intellectual property of the Company or are used by it under a lawful license. Using these assets without the Company's written consent is prohibited, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or consequences of advice, comments, or other content posted by users — these reflect the personal opinions of their authors, not the Company's position.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for a material breach of these Terms, or as required by applicable law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable regulations of the Ajman Media City free zone. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes on the site or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
